Since my last post, we have visited Dresden, Prague, and Terezín. We did a lot of sightseeing on walking tours all three cities, so my camera has gotten a workout! My pictures from these cities are much more interesting since they weren't taken from the inside of a dirty bus window!
This morning we headed out very early so that we could see Terezín, a small town used as a concentration camp through WWII. We didn't have a lot of time to spend touring, but it was still a very interesting experience. It's impossible to accurately capture the living conditions that we saw today in pictures. Even though we didn't have much time, it will still be something that I won't forget.
We have choir rehearsal in about 45 minutes and then a joint concert with a Czech choir, so I will have to write about Hradec Králové and my host family later tonight. I am only picking up a flicker of a neighboring house's wifi which is why the pictures are few and far between, but hopefully I can find some reliable internet and get a decent amount uploaded!
Until then, just pretend that I'm being a good blogger and actually telling about the great time that I'm having! It's hard to believe that our trip is already half over, but it also feels like an eternity since I was at home/school!
Miss everyone and hope you're doing well!

The pics look awesome, Drew! Great to see one of you as well! I got your email about helping with your posts when your internet is hard to come by ... I'll see what I can do! We are leaving for the airport in about an hour, and will be in Vegas tonight. I'm taking the laptop, so will have some time to keep tabs on you! Can't wait to hear about the host family.
